
Association Board
In accordance with § 22 of the Statute
The Management Board consists of three persons: the President, the Vice President and a Member of the Management Board.
The position of vice president also includes the duties of treasurer.
The function of a member of the Management Board also includes the duties of the secretary.
In accordance with § 23 of the Statute
The competences of the Association’s Board include, among others:
Managing all activities of the Association.
Implementation of the Association's objectives.
External representation of the Association.
Audit Committee
In accordance with § 24 of the Statute
The Audit Committee is appointed by the General Meeting of Members to supervise the Association's activities. It consists of four people, including the chairman and secretary.
The competences of the Audit Committee include:
Monitoring the overall activities of the Association and the work of the Management Board.
Submitting conclusions from the inspection at the General Meeting of Members along with an assessment of the activities of the Association and the Board.
Requesting the convening of an Extraordinary Meeting of Members.
Requesting a discharge of the Management Board.
Concluding an agreement with a member of the Management Board and representing the Association in a dispute with him.
